Cancellation Policy

At TechHazel Media Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet your expectations. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services for any reason, we offer a refund policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Any cancellation request must be submitted to our billing department or account manager in writing. The cancellation is not valid until confirmed by the respective department.
  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 24 hours of purchasing our services, and the project execution has not yet begun.
  • No cancellations are allowed for limited-time offers or special promotional services provided by our marketing team.
  • TechHazel Media is not responsible for any third-party services, such as hosting, images, videos, or other external providers.

    • Refund Policy

    • Due to the nature of our services, TechHazel Media does not guarantee refunds upon cancellation.
    • For monthly payment plans, the payment for the next month will be released after the current month's performance review.
    • If a project is mutually agreed to be closed, the client will retain full control over the completed and delivered work, and no further payments will be due. However, any previous payments or deposits will not be refunded.
    • No partial refunds are provided for projects that are in the midst of execution.
    • Each SEO, digital marketing package, or service offered by TechHazel Media is non-refundable. However, clients can cancel the package by providing a 30-day advance notice.
    • Projects that remain inactive or abandoned are not eligible for refunds on deposits.
    • TechHazel Media is not liable for any refund claims related to traffic, rankings, or other results, as we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the customer’s bank account.
